He is graduated in Business Administrator by UFRJ, post graduated in Systems Analysis by PUC-RJ and Executive MBA by COPPEAD, ans is specialist in business process analysis and corporate reorganization. From 2008 to 2009, he was Software Commercial Executive Officer, from 2009 to 2012 he was Vice-President and since 2012 has held the position of CEO at Quality.

He is graduated in Economics from UFCE with MBA in International Finance and Banking from the University of Birmingham. Before joining Invest Tech, Mr. Araujo worked for 17 years at Banco Votorantim, where he performed several functions in key positions as an executive in commercial and credit management at Corporate Banking as Head of São Paulo, Infrastructure, Logistics and Telecommunications. He worked in Treasury at Cargill Agrícola and at Unibanco acting as senior manager of large corporate accounts.

CEO and co-founder of Invest Tech. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from FGV and an MBA from Business School São Paulo. He is responsible at Invest Tech for coordinating the team and executing investment and advisory activities. He has coordinated over 30 M&A advisory transactions and investment teams. He has worked at Banco Itaú, lloyds Bank and Latinvest Asset Management.

Business administrator and master’s degree holder in Economics from UFRJ, with over 20 years of professional experience and a focus on structuring financing operations for the industry and infrastructure. Currently, working at BNDESPAR as a manager in the Infrastructure Partnerships Department, responsible for structuring Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs) and concessions in Economic Infrastructure, including sanitation, ports, and highways concessions.

He is graduated in Electronic Engineering at IME and post-graduated in Digital Systems at USP. He was founder and CEO of TV1.com for 8 years, also founder of Americanas.com where he acted as CIO and CMO for four years and besides being founder of GPA’s e-commerce sales channels as CNova where he acted as CEO, Co-CEO and as board member. In the technology segment, he served as vice president of the board of directors of TOTVS from 2012 to 2018. He is currently a board member of the companies: GOL, Centauro and Cobasi besides being Partner of Omni 55, a Consulting and Participation company.

From 2008 to 2010, he served as Head of Quality Software’s IT Outsourcing Business Unit, from 2010 to 2012 he was Quality Software’s Operations Director (Non-statutory) and from 2012 to the present date he was Quality Software’s Vice President and Technological Director.

He is graduated in Systems Analysis and Post-Graduated in Business Management by Candido Mendes – RJ, specialist in Project Management, Outsourcing and IT Governance. He served as Coordinator of the IT Outsourcing Business Unit from 2008 to 2010, Manager of the IT Outsourcing Business Unit from 2010 to 2012 and Statutory Director of Quality Software since 2012, currently with the position of Chief Commercial Officer.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Universidade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro and an MBA in Corporate Finance from FGV and Business Management from IBMEC. He has 20 years of experience and has worked in large companies such as: BTG Pactual, Enel, Mills Engenharia and Invepar. Before joining Quality, he acted as CFO at ViaRio (a company of Invepar Group and CCR) and was Fiscal Counselor at Guarulhos Airport.

He has a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Universidade São Paulo, a post-graduation in Business Management from FGV and an MBA in Artificial Intelligence and Data from Massachussetts Institute of Technology (MIT). He has over 18 years of experience and has worked for large companies such as Itaú Unibanco, Chase JP Morgan and Grupo Ligna. Previously to joining the Quality team, he served as VP of Digital Business, Innovation and Technology at LEO Madeiras, a retail company, leader in the B2B segment of the Brazilian furniture industry.
